Jeffrey M. Oberto is a Senior Associate with Keystone Law Group, P.C. Jeffrey’s practice is focused primarily on trust, estate, and conservatorship litigation and administration matters. Prior to joining Keystone, Jeffrey practiced at a probate litigation firm where he represented trustees, beneficiaries, executors, heirs, and conservators in all aspects of litigation. Jeffrey has extensive experience litigating matters involving elder abuse, fraud, incompetency, and undue influence. Jeffrey is passionate about representing individuals from all walks of life during every aspect of the litigation process and doing everything in his power to help each client achieve the best possible outcome.
Jeffrey also has appellate experience and has appeared before courts in Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, and Sacramento County.
In 2023, Jeffrey was selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine.
Jeffrey received his undergraduate degree in Cognitive Psychology from the University of California, Irvine, graduating magna cum laude, and his law degree from the Pepperdine University School of Law.
Jeffrey spends his free time surfing, trail running, rooting for the Los Angeles Dodgers, and visiting patients at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles with his certified therapy dog, Roscoe.
