Keystone has been honored as one of the Best Places to Work So Cal for the third consecutive year. Awarded by the Best Companies Group, this recognition is based on employee surveys and an extensive employer questionnaire, measuring satisfaction across eight core areas, including work environment and role satisfaction.

Keystone was also named a Best Places to Work: Law Firms. This annual program was created to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers on workplace culture and business influence. Law Firms from across the United States entered a two-part survey process to evaluate workplace policies, practices, systems and demographics as well as an employee survey to measure the employee experience.
