Managing Partner Shawn Kerendian, who was recently appointed to the conference planning committee, spoke alongside Elizabeth Acevedo and Hon. Judge David Cowan on “Navigating Probate Settlements: Insights from a Litigator, Planner, and the Bench.” The presentation explored strategies for resolving probate litigation through litigation strategy, tax planning, and judicial oversight.

“Joining the planning committee and presenting was an honor,” said Shawn. “Our session provided valuable perspectives on probate settlements, emphasizing collaboration to honor the settlor’s legacy while protecting all parties involved.”

Keystone attorneys Partner Monica Yun, Senior Counsel Crystal Hayes Hill and Senior Counsel Stefan O’Grady also represented the firm at this historic conference.
