Keystone Partners Lindsey Munyer, Roee Kaufman, Monica Yun and Cliff Melnick attended and exhibited at the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC) 29th Annual Educational Conference held at the Town & Country Resort in San Diego. The conference, attended by over 800 professionals, offered comprehensive fiduciary education, covering topics such as trust, estate, ethics, and practice management.
Lindsey, along with Honorable Judge David Belz (Ret.) and Honorable Judge Glen Reiser (Ret.), delivered an insightful presentation, “Herding Stray Assets – the Use of Probate Code Sections 850 and 13100 and Heggstad Actions to Marshall Assets.” Their expertise provided valuable take-aways for fiduciaries navigating complex legal matters.
“I enjoyed presenting and attending the conference,” said Lindsey. “It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow professionals.”
In addition to the presentation, Lindsey, Roee, Monica and Cliff were joined by Partner Jim Bush to host a happy hour at ARLO, an award-winning San Diego restaurant. Attendees enjoyed delicious food, creative craft cocktails, and networking opportunities.
“As I primarily work remotely from the San Diego area, I appreciated that PFAC met in San Diego this year,” said Jim. “I enjoyed the opportunity to meet and converse in a relaxed social setting with private professional fiduciaries from around California.”
