Biography
Nicole H. Silverstein is a Senior Associate at Keystone Law Group, P.C.., where she exclusively litigates contested trust, estate, conservatorship, and guardianship matters.
Prior to joining Keystone, Nicole practiced family law for nearly a decade, representing clients in all aspects of marital dissolution and parentage matters. Nicole’s extensive family law experience gives her a well-rounded approach to probate disputes and to the issues facing families in conflict post-death, including community/separate property characterization issues.
During law school, Nicole worked as a legal intern for the Children and Family Services Division of the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office, the San Francisco Department on the Status of Women, the ACLU of Northern California, and the Office of Capital Defense Counsel in Jackson, Mississippi. She also represented clients in misdemeanor cases as a member of the USF Criminal and Juvenile Justice Law Clinic and was a member of the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law Trial Advocacy Team.

Education
Nicole obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law, along with a Certificate in Public Interest Law with Honors. Prior to attending law school, Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science from UC San Diego, after which she worked as a legislative fellow on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. and taught English at an elementary school in Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo, Mexico.
