Biography
Shelby Skelton is a Client Relations Specialist at Keystone Law, P.C. Shelby cultivates positive relationships with the firm’s potential clients by managing the intake process with compassion and empathy. She gathers important initial information on cases, helps evaluate potential conflicts, and schedules initial consultation appointments with attorneys. Prior to joining Keystone, Shelby worked as an intake specialist at a public interest law firm.
Education
Shelby pursued a degree in Art from Southwestern College, where she not only honed her creative skills but also developed strong empathy and research abilities. Through her coursework and interactions, she learned to deeply understand and connect with diverse perspectives, making her adept at gathering and utilizing insights.
Interests
Outside of the office, Shelby enjoys music, spending time with her two kids and going for hikes
