Biography
Cindy serves as the Director of Accounting at Keystone Law Group, P.C. She is responsible for helping maximize the firm’s financial performance while providing cross functional support for reporting and providing input on the planning, development, and control of the firm’s financial operations in support of its strategies and business objectives. In her day-to-day responsibilities, Cindy oversees the accounting team, the firm’s financial planning, profitability growth, and financial analysis and reporting. She is a member of the firm’s leadership team and reports to the firm’s Managing Partner while working closely with the Firm Administrator.
Prior to joining Keystone Law Group, Cindy acquired over 16 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer where she developed and implemented companywide initiatives to improve performance and increase profits. With continuous improvement as a guiding principle, she promoted efficiency and cost savings in the industries she served, such as law firms, consumer products, and for an ultra-high net-worth family office.
Education
Cindy received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology from the University of La Verne. Cindy obtained her graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Pepperdine University.
Interests
Outside of the office, Cindy enjoys playing on a women’s basketball team and pickle ball. She loves cooking and experimenting with different types of food, remodeling her house, working on building a small barn (pygmy goat and mini horse), gardening, and spending time with her husband, kids, and pets.

Biography
MaryBeth is the Director of Marketing at Keystone Law Group, P.C. She is responsible for driving firm growth through the successful design of multi-channel marketing strategies. MaryBeth oversees the marketing and intake teams, ensuring Keystone leverages the latest technology and best practices to grow the brand and connect with clients in meaningful ways. She has an extensive background in digital and corporate marketing, working both client-side and at agencies. MaryBeth has built and led marketing automation, search engine optimization, content strategy, social media, user experience, and web development teams.
Prior to joining Keystone, MaryBeth helped develop the digital marketing strategy at a multi-national law firm and led the global digital group at one of the largest public accounting and consulting firms. While there, she helped leverage marketing automation to create personalized, relevant experiences and helped unify the firm’s digital presence across 120+ countries and 60+ languages.
Education
MaryBeth received her undergraduate degree in Communications with a focus on new media from the University of California, San Diego. She also studied in Scotland, at the University of Stirling, in the Media Studies program. MaryBeth is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Interests
Outside of the office, MaryBeth enjoys travelling, reading, watching travel basketball, and spending time with her husband, sons, dogs, and cats.
