Jami A. Kleinschmidt is Senior Counsel at Keystone Law Group, P.C. Jami has over 15 years of litigation experience, focused on representing beneficiaries, heirs, proposed conservators and conservatees, minors, professional fiduciaries, trustees and administrators.
Prior to joining the firm, she was the Managing Partner of her own firm that focused exclusively on trust and estate litigation, probates, and conservatorship and guardianship matters. Jami takes pride in zealously representing her clients and producing tangible results specific to their matter.

Jami earned her Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law. Jami is originally from North Dakota and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Dakota.

Interests
For the past six years, Jami served as a Court-Appointed Attorney and Guardian ad Litem in contested and uncontested probate matters. Jami has also volunteered her time for the San Diego County Bar Association’s Wills for Heroes program, which provides will and other estate planning documents free of charge to the County’s first responders.
