Keystone Welcomes New Partner James A. Bush

Search

Keystone recently welcomed seasoned probate attorney James (Jim) A. Bush to our growing team. Jim comes to Keystone with a breadth of experience from decades of litigating and settling matters, allowing him to have informed discussions with clients about probate or trust disputes. With Jim’s addition to the team, Keystone will now have a department dedicated to assisting those with probate appeals.

Jim received his law degree with high distinction from the University of Arizona in 1981. He served a one-year clerkship with a Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court before joining private practice as a litigator in Arizona. In 1998, he moved his practice to California, initially as a commercial litigator. Over the past 15 years, his practice has evolved to focus on litigation of trusts, estates, and probate matters from consulting about the initial dispute through trial and appeal, as necessary.

When he is not working, Jim spends his time whipping up great dishes in the kitchen and cheering on his Pittsburg, Pennsylvania hometown teams — the Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates. He also enjoys live music, art, theater, movies, and spending time with his grown children.

Welcome Jim!
