Keystone Named One of SoCal’s “Best Places to Work”

Search

It’s official: Keystone Law Group is one of the best places to work in Southern California. This is according to an annual competition hosted by Best Companies Group, a BridgeTower Media Company. Keystone received this honor based on anonymous comprehensive surveys filled out by its employees. They rated the firm on corporate culture, training and development, salary and benefits, and overall employee satisfaction, among other things.

“Southern California is known for innovation, and the companies that made our Best Places to Work SoCal list take a forward-looking approach to create workplaces of excellence,” said Jaime Raul Zepeda, executive vice president of Best Companies Group. “Our research proves Keystone Law Group is committed to developing a highly engaged and valued workforce.”

Keystone could not be prouder of its latest accolade, which is the second this year highlighting its dynamic company culture. Just a few months ago, Keystone was certified as a “Great Place to Work” by Great Place to Work®. The firm makes its employees and collaborative culture a priority by habitually scheduling team-building events, offering them countless perks and flexibility with their schedules, and ensuring their work-related and personal needs are met. Keystone is thrilled to learn its initiatives are paying off.

“While it’s always wonderful to receive professional awards for the work we do, this award feels extra special because it is based on feedback from our own team,” said Firm Administrator Biana Kerendian.
