Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have selected Keystone as #35 on their annual Best Small Workplaces™ list. In order to be selected, companies must first receive Great Places to Work Certification, an honor the firm first received in 2022. Keystone is the only law firm to make this list.

The firm prides itself on its positive work culture and environment for its team, which consists of experienced and dedicated attorneys and staff. This prestigious recognition is based on the feedback of the firm’s employees.

“Being named one of Fortune’s Best Small Workplaces is a great honor and a testament to our amazing team,” said Firm Administrator Biana Kerendian. “We are proud of our culture of collaboration, which drives us to deliver the best solutions for our clients.”

Keystone offers its team members competitive compensation, generous benefits, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional development and growth. The firm also fosters a collaborative and supportive culture, where team members can share their ideas, learn from each other, and work together to achieve the best results for clients.

“These remarkable companies know that the high-trust culture they’ve built can compete with companies of any size,” said Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work.

Great Place To Work selected the Fortune Best Small Workplaces List by surveying companies employing people across the U.S, with 1.3 million confidential responses received. Company scores are derived from 60 employee experience questions within the Great Place To Work Trust Index™ Survey.

This award comes on the heels of the firm being ranked 39th on the Fortune Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ 2023 list and selected as a Best Places to Work So Cal for the second year in a row. Keystone is honored to be recognized as one of the best small workplaces in the country and is committed to maintaining and enhancing its culture of excellence, integrity and respect.
