Ringing in Summer With Party at Viceroy
Keystone rang in one of the most fun-packed summers in recent times with a cocktail party at Viceroy Santa Monica. Appetizers were served as guests arrived, followed by a buffet-style dinner. The evening was filled with mixing, mingling and law-themed aperitifs dubbed the “Tequila Mockingbird” and “Litigation Libation.” This, however, wasn’t even the highlight of the evening.
To show its employees how much they’re appreciated, Keystone raffled off highly desirable prizes for both employees and their guests, including a wine tasting, paint night, Topgolf session, and passes for four hours of paid time off/billable hours, and a last minute bonus prize of eight hours paid time off/billable hours. No one left the party empty-handed though, as all team members received a KLG baseball hat to wear at Keystone’s next outing at Dodger Stadium.
The evening would not have been complete without honoring Keystone Partner Roee Kaufman, who was celebrating his fifth anniversary at the firm. The team bonding was still going strong by the conclusion of the party, so the employees who were up for it carried on the festivities at the afterparty at The Chestnut Club.
Keystone Attends the Dodgers Game
There’s no better way to close out summer than with America’s favorite pastime: baseball. That’s why Keystone chose its final group outing of the summer to be the Los Angeles Dodgers game. The firm invited the entire team plus one guest per person, filling out the special section of the stadium Keystone reserved for its team. Everyone had a great team enjoying snacks, drinks and the company of their friends and fellow team members. The Dodgers beat the Marlins 7-0 which made the day that much better! What’s more, everyone was sporting the KLG baseball hats they received at the summer party.
“Our section was right across from the World Championship trophy the Dodgers won last year,” said Marketing Coordinator Jennifer Soares. “It was neat to be able to see that from where we were sitting.”
While everyone was excited to have time outside of the office to unwind and feast on snacks, some were happy to experience a return to normalcy.
“We haven’t been able to attend a sporting event as a team since we attended a Lakers game before COVID,” said Partner Lindsey Munyer. “It felt good for everyone to bond again over the game. We had a great time.”
