Keystone Celebrates Employee Appreciation Week 2023

Search

Once again, the HR team along with the Social Committee at Keystone hit a home run with a week full of creative events. From the staff that keeps the office thriving to our attorneys, assistants, and paralegals who do diligent work for our clients, keeping Keystone growing is a combined effort and we appreciate every employee in our firm.

“Employee Appreciation Week is all about giving back to the people who have made our firm what it is today,” says Brittany Aldredge, HR Coordinator at Keystone Law Group. “During the week, employees enjoy catered breakfast, chair massages, branded gifts and a firmwide happy hour. It’s so fun to see everyone in the office having a good time.”

The Keystone Team Celebrated Happy Hour at Evan Lounge

There’s nothing like meeting for happy hour after work to strengthen our bonds as a team. This time, we met at Evan Lounge in Brentwood. From yummy food to creative drinks to hookah, this is the quintessential place for grabbing a drink with coworkers. Everyone who attended agrees: This was easily one of the best nights so far in 2023.

Onsite Chair Massages at the Keystone Office

A hit with our staff in previous years, massage chairs made a triumphant return to the Keystone office. Proven to reduce headaches and lower stress, office massages provide a welcome respite from the rigors of our day. A little relaxation goes a long way to show the employees at Keystone that they matter.

Door Dash Meal for Remote Employees

In the post-Covid era, working hybrid and remote schedules is a popular new reality. To show our remote employees that they’re part of the celebration too, we provided all-expenses paid DoorDash meals to a restaurant of their choice.

Ice Cream Social, Donuts, and a Surprise Gift

Sometimes, it’s the little things people appreciate most. We kept the surprises coming all through Employee Appreciation Week with particularly lively ice cream social full of yummy toppings, delicious donuts on Fridays and a Keystone branded Yeti tumbler for all employee to enjoy to end off the week.
