In early June, Partner Josh Taylor hosted a presentation on Will and Trust Contests presented by the Beverly Hills Bar Association (BHBA). Over 100 attended the MCLE accredited webinar where they learned about will and trust litigation principles.
“The presentation was an overview of trust and will contests, and was designed to inform estate planners of the litigation process when a trust or will is contested, and to provide strategies for them to avoid having their estate planning documents challenged in future litigation,” said Josh.
