KEYSTONE QUARTERLY

December 2022

Keystone is excited to be ending 2022 on a high note with a lot to celebrate! In this issue of our quarterly newsletter, we are not only announcing a well-deserved promotion, but also some noteworthy accolades earned by our attorneys. Additionally, we provide an overview of the outreach our attorneys have recently engaged in, and we share some of the exciting events we’ve put on to round out the year (with videos and pictures).

As usual, we have some interesting legal content to share too. Our first article on the Court of Appeals case Meiri v. Shamtoubi reveals the dangers of contesting a trust without having probable cause. Our second article provides an analysis of Family Code section 4400, which could prove useful to anyone caring for an indigent parent.

We wish everyone a joyful holiday season and happy new year. See you in 2023!

Keystone devotes its practice to probate, trust and estate litigation and administration. With over 40 employees, we are one of the largest firms in California exclusively dedicated to this practice area.
