Biography

 Casey A. Reagan is a senior associate with Keystone Law Group, P.C. Casey has extensive experience in litigating trust and estate matters to successful completion. Casey has represented trustees, executors, beneficiaries, and heirs in enforcing their rights and ensuring the decedent’s true testamentary intent is respected. Casey practices in courts throughout California and has significant law and motion experience. Casey litigates cases from inception to trial or settlement. 

Prior to joining Keystone, Casey was an associate attorney at a civil litigation firm where he gained extensive experience in property damage, products liability and contract matters. 

Casey was in the third class at UC Irvine School of Law, where he worked at the Consumer Protection Clinic under the direction of current U.S. Representative Katie Porter. During law school and following graduation, Casey worked as a law clerk with the Los Angeles Public Defender. In 2023, Casey was selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine.   


Casey started his legal career as an associate attorney at a civil litigation firm where he gained extensive experience in property damage, product liability and contract matters. Casey completed his undergraduate degree at UC Santa Barbara, and his law degree at UC Irvine School of Law.

Representative Matters

  • Obtained favorable settlements for numerous clients in cases involving allegations of undue influence, lack of capacity, elder abuse, and breach of fiduciary duty.
  • Successfully preserved a client’s individual interest in wrongful death proceeds wrongly held in an estate account.
  • Defeated a discovery motion that would have imposed severe sanctions on his client, leading to a favorable settlement.
  • Defeated a motion for summary judgment, leading to a favorable settlement for his client.
  • Secured a jury verdict for his client as lead trial counsel.

Interests

Casey enjoys Dodger baseball, collecting records, visiting theme parks around the country, and reading a good book.
