The second Keystone Quarterly of the year covers a lot of ground. It will include: (1) announcements about Keystone’s newest hires, latest job openings, most recent accolades, and a new networking group being hosted by a partner at Keystone; (2) a recap of some of Keystone’s most noteworthy successes from 2020; and (3) an in-depth analysis into a landmark trust litigation case relating to the reach of California’s personal jurisdiction, which has important implications for clients and attorneys alike.

Keystone is starting off its second quarter busier than ever. We feel fortunate that we have been able to provide our clients with the same high level of service to which they’re accustomed throughout the pandemic, and while we are optimistic about the progress that has been made in the fight against Covid-19, we will continue to work remotely until further notice to protect the health and safety of our clients and employees. Keystone is maintaining its regular business hours and remains fully available to its clients.

Keystone devotes its practice to probate, trust and estate litigation and administration. We are one of the largest firms in California exclusively dedicated to this practice area.
