We are proud to announce Keystone Partner Lindsey Munyer is co-hosting the newest chapter of the Estate Planning Group Network in Los Angeles with Paul Hargraves, Founder of Trust Properties USA. It is a place for trusted professionals to engage in stimulating and genuine conversation about estate planning topics that interest them. This group comes highly recommended for private trustees, CPAs, senior residence managers, financial advisers, trust officers and more.
Instead of having a classic format in which members present on specific topics, EPGN utilizes a format that encourages activities and case studies. The aim is for members to form a mutually beneficial professional relationship with their fellow members and develop a better understanding of how their fellow members can potentially assist them in serving their clients. The group’s first meeting was held virtually on Wednesday, April 28 at 2:30 p.m. PDT and they meet every fourth Wednesday of every month.
Lindsey Munyer is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law and has an LL.M. in Taxation. She has experience litigating trust and estate matters, and is adept at handling all stages of litigation, including discovery, mediation, law and motion, and trials. Lindsey makes it a point to share her vast legal knowledge and experience with the Los Angeles community through various means. She has taught Trusts and Estates at Glendale University College of Law for two years and has presented on probate matters with the National Business Institute. Lindsey has been recognized as a “Top 40 Under 40” lawyer by Daily Journal and as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers since 2016. The magazine also has recognized her as one of the top 50 female attorneys in Southern California.
