The husband and conservator of actress Zsa Zsa Gabor, Frederic Prinz von Anhalt, attempts to take charge of the funeral and the estate of her stepdaughter Francesca Hilton as her body remains unclaimed in a hospital in Los Angeles, Mail Online reported on January 8.
Von Anhalt believes he might have the legal authority to take charge of Hilton’s funeral and estate, as he was appointed by the court to be Gabor’s conservator. In 2012, Hilton went to court to request an independent conservatorship, which the court granted but appointed von Anhalt as the temporary conservator of the ailing actress’ wealth.
Hilton, 67, died at a restaurant in West Hollywood on Monday. She was Gabor’s daughter to hotel magnate Conrad Hilton.
