16-year-old Winter has been under the guardianship of her sister, Shanelle Gray, after her mother was accused of mentally and emotionally abusing her. Meanwhile, her father was appointed to act as the guardian of her finances until she reaches legal age. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Daniel Murphy appointed an attorney to review Winter’s accounting, the results of which will be presented in the next court hearing on February 27.
