Keystone is excited to announce the addition of attorney Roee Kaufman in July as a Senior Associate. Prior to joining Keystone, Roee practiced at a boutique law firm specializing in probate and civil litigation. Roee has experience in trust and estate litigation, and has represented clients in a variety of capacities in connection with probate litigation matters, including beneficiaries, trustees, and court-appointed conservators. Roee graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law, and prior to law school, Roee received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Roee has already hit the ground running since he started, and has worked on cases involving claims to enforce beneficiary rights, compel the transfer of trust/estate property, cancel estate planning documents procured by undue influence and fraud and to remove and surcharge trustees.
