Biography
Steven A. Urenda is a Senior Associate at Keystone Law Group, P.C., practicing primarily in trust, estate, and conservatorship litigation and administration matters. Prior to joining Keystone, Steven practiced at a probate law firm in Upland, California for four years where he managed a team of legal professionals in representing trustees, beneficiaries, executors, fiduciaries, creditors, heirs, and conservators in all aspects of probate, trust and estate litigation, administration and planning. Steven prides himself on the service aspect of the practice of law and works to ensure that the best result is achieved for each client.
Steven has appeared before probate courts in Los Angeles County, Ventura County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County, Tulare County, San Diego County, and Kings County.

Education
Steven received dual undergraduate degrees in Philosophy and Political Science from Cal Poly Pomona, and his law degree from UCLA School of Law.

Representative Matters
- Represented numerous trustees and administrators in recapturing assets that had been erroneously removed from their respective estates.
- Successfully litigated and settled countless cases on behalf of beneficiaries, trustees, and administrators.
- Represented several beneficiaries in procuring an accounting of an estate worth in excess of $10 million.
- Assisted co-trustees living in separate states in administering a trust estate worth $5 million.
- Successfully petitioned the court to have a temporary conservator appointed to consent to a life-saving medical procedure on behalf of an incapacitated conservatee.
