Negin Rashidi is an Associate at Keystone Law Group, P.C. Negin’s litigation practice involves a wide variety of probate cases, including but not limited to, conservatorships, trust litigation and administration, estate litigation and administration, and elder abuse.

Prior to joining Keystone, Negin worked as a lead attorney for a probate litigation firm specializing in trust and probate litigation, contested conservatorships, trust and estate administration, and estate planning. Negin has experience counseling beneficiaries, trustees, personal representatives, and fiduciaries for probate matters. She has successfully litigated for and against will contests, trust contests, 850 petitions, contested conservatorships, accounting disputes, actions for removal and surcharge of fiduciaries and fiduciary appointments. Negin’s dedication and experience has resulted in many settlements and rulings in favor of her clients’ positions.

She has appeared before probate courts in Los Angeles County, Ventura County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County, San Diego County, San Luis Obispo County, Sacramento County, Butte County, and San Francisco County.
