Keystone is proud to welcome three new members to its growing team. Joining the firm as its newest associate attorneys are Liz Baker and Daniel Matloubian. Aimee Kuvadia joins as the firm’s marketing coordinator.
Before coming to Keystone, Liz worked for a Bay Area boutique firm that specializes in general civil litigation, estate litigation and tax controversy representation. Prior to that, she represented entrepreneurs and investors throughout the life cycle of business ventures working at a major international law firm. Liz earned her J.D. from Berkeley Law. She received her undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of San Francisco and is a Certified Public Accountant. Welcome, Liz!
Daniel has spent his entire legal career in the field of trust and estate administration and litigation. Prior to joining Keystone, he worked for a major international law firm. He regularly represents individuals, families, corporate trustees and private fiduciaries in litigation matters involving will and trust disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, elder abuse claims, and contested conservatorships and guardianships. Daniel earned his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and specialized in business law – taxation. He received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Southern California, Leventhal School of Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. Welcome, Daniel!
Prior to joining Keystone, Aimee worked as a copywriter for a Santa Monica-based e-commerce marketing agency and as the digital marketing lead for a national music distribution company. She also worked as a reporter, researcher and story producer for various media outlets. Aimee earned a Master of Science with a specialization in magazine writing from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in communication and Spanish from Bellarmine University.
