KEYSTONE QUARTERLY
MARCH 2022
For our first newsletter of 2022, we have much to report, including our team members’ latest accolades, firm anniversaries, firm news, and open positions at the firm. We also are proud to highlight some of our most significant 2021 successes with a summary of each case. Finally, in an effort to keep legal professionals apprised of important probate developments, we have included an article that outlines the recent changes to conservatorship and guardianship law (which will be of particular interest to attorneys who represent private fiduciaries), and another article on the noteworthy California Court of Appeal case Estate of Wall, which addresses whether the title presumption or community property presumption has primacy in the context of probate.
Keystone devotes its practice to probate, trust and estate litigation and administration. We are one of the largest firms in California exclusively dedicated to this practice area.
