Shawn Kerendian
Shawn is a Certified Specialist in the field of Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. He is the founder and principal of Keystone Law Group, where he oversees seven probate attorneys in the administration and litigation of probate, trusts, and estates. Shawn founded Keystone Law Group to offer clients focused, specialized, and efficient legal services in this area of the law in the greater Los Angeles region.
Shawn has handled all stages of litigation spanning discovery, mediation, law and motion and trials where the value of the trust or estate has ranged from a few hundred thousand to more than $50 million.
Shawn is an alumnus of UCLA for undergraduate studies and has a law degree from Los Angeles’ Loyola Law School.
Lindsey Munyer
Lindsey is a Senior Associate at Keystone Law Group after starting her career in probate litigation in San Diego. She has experience representing trustees, executors, beneficiaries, creditors, conservators, conservatees, and heirs in the administration and litigation of trusts and estates. Versed with the drafting and planning aspects of estates and trusts, Lindsey brings a unique perspective to the clients she represents.
Lindsey has her undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego, a law degree from the California Western School of Law and an LL.M in Taxation from the University Of San Diego School Of Law. She is an adjunct professor of Trusts and Estates at the Glendale University College of Law. Lindsey is admitted to practice Law in Arizona and California.
