On September 15, 2017, Keystone attorneys Lindsey F. Munyer and Monica C. Yun spoke as part of a two-day continuing legal education seminar for Estate Planning and Administration. They presented on the topics of “Post-Mortem Tax Planning Options” and “Probate Process Overview.” Keystone’s attorneys enjoy engaging in activities that help educate the community and other law professionals in the field of probate, trusts and estates. Ms. Munyer is a Senior Associate out of the firm’s San Francisco office and flew out from the Bay Area to speak in this seminar. She has spoken at previous probate seminars as well as taught Trusts and Estates as an adjunct professor to law students. Ms. Yun is an Associate with the firm and although this was her first speaking engagement on probate, she has been active inside the firm with holding training sessions for Keystone attorneys and support staff.
