Biography
Rebecca Nelson is a Resource & Training Manager at Keystone Law Group, P.C., where she is in responsible for forecasting and planning the resource needs for the legal services provided to our clients, including assigning legal assistants and attorneys to the projects that suit their skills and workload, using and managing the firm tool for capacity and project management, and tracking and reporting the performance and utilization of the resources. Becca also trains and supports the staff.
Prior to joining Keystone, Becca began her legal career working as a Legal Assistant at a busy Personal Injury litigation law firm while obtaining her Paralegal Certificate. Becca was previously a Paralegal before being promoted to Resource & Training Manager.
Education
Becca received her undergraduate degree in Business Marketing from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She later received her Paralegal Certificate from the ABA-approved Extension Program at UCLA.
Interests
Outside of the office, Becca enjoys going up to Lake Arrowhead with her family, playing board games, and spending time with her friends.
