Melanie Gibson is the Director of HR and Operations at Keystone Law Group, P.C. She is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance, while also managing operational aspects, such as delivering key business results through the effective and efficient operations of the firm.

Melanie worked at a tech startup early in her career. Having lean resources meant she needed to get her hands in a bit of everything, which ignited her interest in having all departments come together for a common goal. Since then, Melanie has worked in the non-profit, professional services, and entertainment industries. While her career has primarily been focused on Human Resources, she has been continually propelled into cross-functional projects because of her innate drive to always ask “how can this be better?”
