Biography
Alma Acosta is a Client Relations Specialist at Keystone Law, P.C., where she plays a key role in fostering strong relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through the intake process with care and understanding. She gathers important initial information on cases, helps evaluate potential conflicts, and schedules consultation appointments with attorneys. Before joining Keystone, Alma was a case coordinator at a non-profit organization in Irvine.
Education
Alma received her undergraduate degree in Communication Studies from the California State University of Long Beach and her master’s degree in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peacebuilding from the California State University of Dominguez Hills.
Interests
Outside of the office, Alma enjoys spending time checking out new restaurants, and travelling to new places around the world, near or far. She especially enjoys baking and trying new recipes for her loved ones at home. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog.
