Biography
Youngsun Sunny Park is a Senior Associate at Keystone Law Group, P.C., with over 20 years of experience in trusts and estates, estate planning, and civil litigation. Sunny is known for providing practical, strategic counsel tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
Sunny represents personal representatives, trustees, conservators, guardians, heirs, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and charitable foundations in all aspects of trust and estate matters. Her practice includes probate and trust administration, fiduciary representation, will and trust contests, conservatorship proceedings, elder financial abuse claims, creditor’s claims, estate and gift tax matters, and fiduciary litigation. She has successfully represented clients in highly contested trust, probate, and conservatorship proceedings and has administered estates involving complex assets, including closely held businesses, commercial real estate, intellectual property, patents, copyrights, and substantial investment portfolios. She has also advised banks and corporate fiduciaries on trust administration and estate-related matters.
After earning her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, Sunny began her legal career focusing on estate planning and charitable tax planning and subsequently expanded her practice to encompass all aspects of trust and estate law, from sophisticated tax planning and post-death administration to fiduciary disputes and complex probate litigation. Most recently, she further broadened her courtroom experience through community legal aid, representing clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters.
In addition to her legal practice, Sunny has a longstanding record of public service and professional leadership. She has served as an appointee to the California Board of Accountancy, the Orange County Fire Authority, and the Southern California Association of Governments, where she served as a Director on the Community, Economic & Human Development Committee. She also served as President of the Orange County Korean American Bar Association. In recognition of her community service, she received the Presidential Gold Medal for Volunteerism.

Representative Matters
- Administered a complex probate estate over seven years, successfully defending the estate in multiple lawsuits involving creditor claims, personal injury litigation, title disputes, and environmental issues.
- Successfully defended the validity of an irrevocable trust in highly contested divorce proceedings.
- Represented more than 30 beneficiaries in a trust contest that resulted in a favorable settlement.
- Represented a conservator in a highly contested conservatorship proceeding spanning more than 15 years.
- Represented a charitable organization in administering a significant gift of privately held corporate stock while carrying out the decedent's charitable intent.
Interests
Outside of the office, Sunny enjoys gardening, especially rescuing neglected orchids and restoring them to health. She also enjoys propagating and water-culturing plants, finding satisfaction in giving them a second life.
