Biography
Joscelyn B. Carrillo is an Associate at Keystone Law Group, P.C. whose practice focuses on trust and estate litigation, probate proceedings, and conservatorship matters. Prior to joining Keystone, Joscelyn handled a broad range of probate and trust matters, including contested trust proceedings, will contests, conservatorships, estate administration, and estate planning matters. Drawing on nearly a decade of experience in probate law, including prior roles as a paralegal and law clerk, Joscelyn has collaborated in matters through many stages of litigation and administration, giving her a practical understanding of complex probate disputes and a detail-oriented approach to client representation.

Joscelyn received her undergraduate degree in Economics/Administrative Studies from University of California, Riverside and her law degree from University of La Verne College of Law.

- Represented fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested trust and probate matters, including petitions brought under Probate Code sections 850 and 17200
- Successfully represented an estate administrator in litigation seeking the administrator’s removal based on an alleged newly discovered will, prevailing on a motion for judgment on the pleadings
- Assisted families in establishing conservatorships to facilitate medical and financial decision-making for incapacitated loved ones
- Prepared fiduciary accountings, objections, petitions, and other probate-related pleadings in complex estate and trust administration matters

Joscelyn enjoys hiking with her husband and their dogs, visiting local coffee shops, and participating in 5K races.
