Biography
Joscelyn B. Carrillo is an Associate at Keystone Law Group, P.C. whose practice focuses on trust and estate litigation, probate proceedings, and conservatorship matters. Joscelyn received her undergraduate degree in Economics/Administrative Studies from University of California, Riverside and her law degree from University of La Verne College of Law.

- Represented fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested trust and probate matters, including petitions brought under Probate Code sections 850 and 17200
- Successfully represented an estate administrator in litigation seeking the administrator’s removal based on an alleged newly discovered will, prevailing on a motion for judgment on the pleadings
- Assisted families in establishing conservatorships to facilitate medical and financial decision-making for incapacitated loved ones
- Prepared fiduciary accountings, objections, petitions, and other probate-related pleadings in complex estate and trust administration matters

Joscelyn enjoys hiking with her husband and their dogs, visiting local coffee shops, and participating in 5K races.
