Biography
Crystal Hayes Hill is Senior Counsel at Keystone Law Group, P.C. A respected probate litigator with over 20 years of experience, Crystal’s approach to probate practice is client-centric and solution-oriented.
Prior to joining Keystone, Crystal maintained a probate, family law and estate planning practice where she successfully represented administrators, trustees, beneficiaries, heirs, and conservators. She is particularly adept at managing probate and family law crossover cases. She handles will contests, trust contests, trustee removals, forced distributions, conservatorships, guardianships, and administrative matters. Her previous experience includes being the Site Supervising Attorney for the Los Angeles Superior Court’s Resource Center and managing the Los Angeles Superior Court’s Probate Clinic.
Crystal is an adjunct professor at Loyola Law School teaching Marital Property.

Representative Matters
- Successfully represented the beneficiary in removing the trustee by forcing resignation, thereby securing millions in trust assets for the client.
- Successfully litigated contested conservatorship matter removing temporary conservator and appointing clients to make final life decisions for conservatee.
- Successfully negotiated distribution to previously omitted intestate heirs and prevented spouse from wrongfully transferring assets properly belonging to decedent’s children.
- Successfully represented beneficiaries in action against trustee compelling trust accounting, distribution and preserving transfer of wealth.
- Secured notable business for clients by successfully litigating will contest action.
- Successfully represented spouse, who had previously been involved in unfinished divorce action, in obtaining assets wrongfully taken and included in the decedent's estate which had been open for over 8 years.
- Prosecuted financial elder abuse claims in conservatorship proceeding, successfully surcharging conservator and preserving estate for future heirs.
- Represented clients in conservatorship matters.
- Represented clients in obtaining guardianships.
