Great Place to Work evaluated workplace experiences from organizations representing 7.3 million employees nationwide and analyzed more than 30,000 employee survey responses from eligible small businesses to determine this year’s rankings. Only 100 companies earned a spot on the list, making it a highly selective recognition.
To be eligible, a company must first earn Great Place to Work Certification, which Keystone has now achieved for five consecutive years.
