Brendan Molloy is an Associate at Keystone Law Group, P.C., with his primary focus on assisting the firm’s litigation clients. Brendan’s career with Keystone began with as the firm’s first Post-Bar Law Clerk immediately following law school. Prior to joining Keystone, Brendan gained litigation experience as a certified law clerk working for a general practice law firm, where he gained significant hands-on experience with litigation practices including legal research and writing, drafting motion papers, drafting and responding to discovery, creating deposition plans for his firm, trial preparation and oral arguments in court.

Brendan’s interest in Probate began when he handled a complex Putative Spouse Petition at his last firm taking the lead on researching the client’s issues, drafting the petition and initiating the case on behalf of the client.

Brendan received his undergraduate degree in History from Mount St. Mary’s University in Maryland with minors in Business and Philosophy. He received his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
