Elliott Montgomery is a Senior Associate at Keystone Law Group, P.C. Prior to joining Keystone, Elliott was a senior litigation associate at a civil litigation firm where he handled cases across the state of California, in both Federal and state court. Elliott has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, resolving hundreds of cases through informal settlement negotiations and mediation. Elliott’s experience in trusts and estates began when he managed private and special need trusts as a professional fiduciary in California’s Central Valley for several years.
Elliott received his undergraduate degree in Theater Arts from California State University in Fresno. He received his law degree from California Western School of Law, where he was recognized as a Distinguished Advocate.
Elliott spends his free time with his wife and daughter traveling, cooking, and finding hidden spots around LA to explore.
