Biana Kerendian is the Firm Administrator at Keystone Law Group, P.C. Biana was integral in founding Keystone when the firm started with five employees and has served as a member of the team since. Biana supervises firm operations, including human resources, managing the support staff, overseeing administrative and billing matters, and handling firm marketing. Prior to joining Keystone, Biana interned at several law firms during college, and got her start in Human Resources at the New York City office of a national law firm. After moving to Los Angeles, Biana worked as an HR Generalist for a national Public Accounting Firm in Beverly Hills.
Biana also held an HR position for a private secondary school in West Los Angeles. Biana has brought her experience at large and mid-sized professional service companies to Keystone, which allows the firm to function efficiently and smoothly. One of Biana’s biggest contributions has been instilling a culture of respect that permeates throughout the firm and extends from the managing partner to the reception desk.
Biana received her undergraduate degree in Sociology with a double minor in Communication Studies and Law, Policy & Society from Northeastern University in Boston. She also has her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute. Biana regularly attends seminars and webcasts to keep up her certification.
Outside of the office, Biana enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with her husband, son, daughter, and pets.
